the soft bun around the dog is amazing. and then when you bite down, there is like this texture that is unbeatable. taste chicago's dog is to die for.
I love the long quarter pickles on the hot dogs instead of just relish. Also, the buns are like butter. The ambiance of Tatse Chicago is fantastic. Hot dogs aren't the only good thing on the menu, though. You should try the Italian Beef and chicken sandwiches!
