Kwana and Chris have created a beautiful oasis in the ever-changing downtown landscape. Ten Salon and Spa is truly amazing - each and every staff member assures that you are welcome and comfortable from the moment you walk through the door I have traveled extensively throughout the U.S. and the UK I have visited some amazing spas - I never expected to find anything like Ten in Long Beach. It is an amazing design so comfortable. Terance is miraculous with hair - I look and feel 10 years younger – and that isn’t even the best part he took the time to show me how to style my hair so it looks fresh from the salon every day. The spa staff has the magic touch and tend to your every need. I always leave feeling relaxed and renewed from the inside out It is a must try you won't be disappointed.

I travel frequently from the west coast to the east coast (usually staying in Boston/NY. and have tried many salons. Salon 10 is by far the best!!!! Kwanna's cuts and highlights are superior.
I just moved to the area and had really long hair. I'm donating it to Locks of Love and when I walked in today (10.20.07) and asked if they'd help out, they did! Terrence did a fabulous job on my hair and I appreciate their helping me complete my goal of donating my hair. Thanks TEN!!

Not only is this one of the best looking (designed) salons I have ever been in, it is also one of the few that really goes the extra step to make me feel special, they have notecards with my name on it in the area where you change to get into your robe or haircut cape, I was very touched by that it makes me feel like I am expected and that I am important to them as a client, you can bet that I am not going anywhere else as long as I continue to get that special treatment! Good job Ten Salon!
The salon owners Kwanna and Chris are absolute professionals! The salon is upscale, beautifully decorated and managed, services are expertly delivered and fairly priced. Kwanna herself is a true artist at hair cuts/design. It's ALWAYS a 10+ experience there.
Because the tour of the place is so peaceful and yet inviting making you want to stay and want to try everything that they will offer from the hair cut, pedicure, manicure, also the massages and of course the friendly workers.
