We opened in June 2004, taking over the location from the previous store. With a little work (actually a lot) we transformed the store into the cool local comic book store where it's fun to hang out. We created more space, remodeled, added more merchandise, placed a couch and chairs, added music and brought in some exotic sodas.
They are friendly, helpful and are eager to interact with their clientele. They are especially helpful with helping newcomers. There are also sponsor many extracurricular activities like live music and live comedy. But what makes them very special is how they welcome everyone like family. God Bless the Comic Bug!

It's always a fun and friendly atmosphere. The guys are always helpful no matter if you're a hardcore geek or if you've never set foot in a comic shop before. It's a great place to hang out, meet interesting people, and get some of the best comics on earth. And their new store is huge and has anything a fanboy could want! I've lived all over the country and I've been a regular customer at many comic shops, but Jun, Mike, and Adam run quite possibly the best shop I've ever visited. No hype, just fact.
This is a wonderful store that is very family friendly. The employees are very knowledgeable and kind to my children. They have fun events and are involved in the community. Way to go The Comic Bug! You are doing great after the fire!
The champions of all that is four colored and stapled. The Comic Bug frequently participates in events and had one of the biggest turnouts for 24 Hour Comic Book Day. They are often seen at movie theaters dressed in costumes preaching the word of the almighty comic book at various premieres. They're not just a comic shop, they're an experience. Your life will never be the same. Oh yeah, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable too. As long as they've had their morning coffee!
