A grass roots effort to bring art to the people, has brought this unique group of artists together. The gallery operates as a cooperative effort, with each artist sitting the gallery. It is common to walk in and find the artists painting. The gallery which opened in December, has already hosted two shows, the latest being a theme show called "Sweet Tooth".
The beautiful gallery space is located on Birch Street in Brea Downtown, across from the movie theaters.
We stopped in after a movie and before ice cream at Cold Stone. We were very impressed. The paintings represent a wide variety of subjects. The person at the desk was friendly and informative. We are eagerly looking forward to the next show.

You can catch the artists working there. It is not your typical stuffy gallery. A warm inviting environment featuring ltalented local artists. Don't pass it by.
Every time I go in this gallery there are some great paintings hanging on the walls. The painters also work there so it's cool to be able to stop in there at random times and meet a different artist and ask them a couple questions. I've even seen two or three of them painting a new painting inside the gallery. I wish more galleries existed like this. The collective aspect of it is so refreshing... they're like soap, flowers, and a nice cool breeze all wrapped up in a great location across from the movie theater.
I was so thrilled with the beautiful gallery opening up at this great location-the artists have such fresh talent. The Gallery is a place which I have told friends they must stop in and visit they will truly love the paintings (I did)...Please keep it paintings only.
Wow! A group of artists showing fine work in a great downtown setting! There is good variety and excellent work with something new to see each month!
this gallery is in the best part of north oc.. it is contemporary or more innovating than the norm. i especially like the work by Nancy Johnson... THE GIRLS
Work is interesting, artists are very talented. The Gallery is a warm and inviting place to visit. Each artist has a unique style.
This is a very nice gallery. Most commercial galleries cater to the lowest common denominator, Kincaid kinds of junk. This place dares to present some contemporary motifs, tastefully done and executed with an appreciation of craft. I am impressed.
It is unique in that the artest work as you check out their paintings. The showings that they have had have been very will attended and interesting.
This gallery is just such a breath of fresh air. True artists with passion for what they do.
Fantastic work, this gallery really showcases some talented artists with work available at reasonable prices. The people who work here are great and it's quite refreshing to have original art work back on Birch street. I have been to both shows and their shows draw great crowds. It is also fun to watch these artists creating their pieces.
