I previously posted an unfavorable review of OC Tan, yet it continually gets flagged and deleted. I suppose Matt is more concerned with concealing the skeletons in the closet than dealing with them. I won’t dispute that the OC Tan has a wonderful facility, and the majority of the staff is cordial and warm. There are exceptions to this rule, and I was intentionally misled by an employee. My credit card was charged for months after terminating my account. I addressed the issue with Matt by email, and he was rude and refused to remedy the situation. I hope he enjoys the money he stole from me, as he apparently needs it more than I do. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business at all costs.
OC Tan is a really great salon. They have excellent equipment including Lumiere Light Facial!! Love IT! Great Atmosphere, great staff, AWESOME Location, down the block from the beach and incredible shops in HB.

The OC Tan is by far the classiest and most fabulous luxury tanning spa establishments you must find an opportunity to indulge. Their salon facilities offer a variety of top of the line beauty, self-improvement opportunities including not just tanning (mystic, spray, high pressure), but also teeth whitening and the most amazing Lumiere photo facial machine. Their management and staff are 1st rate and provide nothing short of VIP service to every client. I don't even live in the OC area but I so love the salon that it's a regularly scheduled appointment in my business travels between Santa Barbara and San Diego. Trust me ... it's that worth it!!!!
I love this salon. I tan really easily, and I just wanted a good base. To my surprise, the girl that was helping me suggested i try a different bed then I am used to. It is all I use and I have never been so dark. I love them.
I vote for the OC Tan, cause they are AWESOME! I visited the Katella location and was treated with the outmost respect. I've visited many tanning locations and have to say this is the best I've been too. I will definately come back again...I simply love this place. I HIGHLY recommend it!
The OC tan is the BEST! I have tried many tanning salons and this one by far exceeds my expectations. The staff is always willing to go the extra step. I was in yesterday and the assistant manager, I think her name is Brittany, is one of my favorite, she is very helpful. Her and another girl there, I think her name is Kristen, are great. Too cute and always smiling. An A+++ Salon. :o)
The atmosphere is so refined and intimite. They have state-of-the-art equipment and offer the most current services available. Great find!
This is the best tanning salon I've ever been to! The equipment is state-of-the-art and the staff is extremely welcoming. And I especially love the atmosphere: beautiful place and beautiful people! I highly recommend this to everyone!

Very impressed with the OC Tan. Cleaniness, hospitality, mannerisms with clients are excellent. The staff is always energetic and they greet you with a smile. The salon offers several beauty, self-improvement opportunities, from tanning, mystic or spray tanning, teeth whitening and the lumiar. It's like a one-stop shop..."-)...The owners are always looking to improve on their quality in bringing the customers the most up-to-date products. You can tell they take pride in their ownership with the major remodeling from the previous owners. An excellent choice for anyone to be a member.
Not only does The OC Tan have the nicest staff, but the facilities there are the nicest I have ever seen!! I loved how polished the H.B. salon is and I really think it looks amazing after it was remodeled recently. I feel like I should be payings thousands of dollars to tan there because it is so nice but luckily for me the prices are reasonable and the products are top of the line. I love how my tan stays with me for days after tanning.
The staff there is always so friendly and welcoming that I feel right at home in that salon. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone in need of a great tan.
I voted for the OC Tan because not only do i love the beds and they are GREAT but they also have a WONDERFUL staff that i love to go and chit chat with they are all so down to earth and such a pleasure to go in and see :)

I have tanned in many different tanning salons all over Orange County. The OC Tan is by far the best salon I have been to. Not only do they surpass my tanning needs, with a variety of beds, but they also carry may unique things that most tanning salons don’t, such as: teeth whitening, airbrush tanning, and a photo facial. Also their employees are very kind and helpful in answering all my tanning question, not mention how cute there are!! *smilie face* This tanning salon’s environment is warm and welcoming. YOU GO OC TAN!!!
