The Spot is a unique natural food restaurant located just 1 block from Hermosa Beach. Most of the menu is fat free and non-dairy with organic grains and produce. The atmosphere cannot be beat with a very welcoming decor.

The Spot is the BEST in the business! Great food and great service! I send all my out of town friends there when come to visit. I remember Tonya from Mrs Gooch's! You go girl!
Been eating at The Spot since high school (1993!!). Always excellent service, incredibly tasty food, and 17 years later, they still take checks, and they'll STILL take an I.O.U. if you find yourself strapped for cash. Long live The Spot, and long live their SAVORY SAUCE!
They have the best vegetarian food in my opinion and the staff is just lovely.
