The Spot is a unique natural food restaurant located just 1 block from Hermosa Beach. Most of the menu is fat free and non-dairy with organic grains and produce. The atmosphere cannot be beat with a very welcoming decor.
FABULOUS! been going there for over 25 years for the monster veggie burrito, it's addictive. The salads are great, the avocado dressing is yummy, and so is the herb dressing, order both!
Great food, especially the salads with rice, quick service and their salad dressing is out of this world!

The "Dear Lance" is my picky 14-year-old vegetarian daughter's favorite thing in the world to eat. That secret sauce they use on it is heavenly! Love The Spot!
It is not the oldest vegetarian restaurant in la for no reason! this place is GREAT! It was also featured on the travel channel for its hamburgers. If you haven't tried The Spot, you don't know what your missing.
I have been eating at the Spot for more than 20 years and it is the best vegetarian food anywhere! I even take lifetime carnivores there and they all enjoy it.

The Spot has the best vegetarian food!! There savory sauce with steamed veggies over brown rice with baked tofu is to die for! Huge burritos and their homemade veggie burgers always satisfy. Onyl a block from the beach, The Spot is a South Bay must!!
I just recently discovered The Spot but have been back several times. I work very close to the restaurant, so I always get my orders to go. The service is fast and friendly and the food is excellent!

Been eating at The Spot since high school (1993!!). Always excellent service, incredibly tasty food, and 17 years later, they still take checks, and they'll STILL take an I.O.U. if you find yourself strapped for cash. Long live The Spot, and long live their SAVORY SAUCE!
