I've been a client of Tic Tock Couture for years. I appreciate the fact that their designs are unlike no other florist throughtout Los Angeles. I also order arrangements for clients and their customer service, presentation, and design is an extention of the type of kid glove service I provide them. I love when I receive calls from a friend, family or client expressing the joy and beauty of Tic Tock's design because 99% of the time I leave it up to Edfie to make an arrangement on my behalf without worrying about losing the integrity and beauty of the presentation.
