TISELLE was established by Tianyi Wang in 2001. Letterpress for Tianyi, started out as a hobby after receiving Baby June, a Vandercook cylinder press as a graduation gift from her mother. Her interest in tinkering on the press in the garage eventually grew into a 1500 square foot design studio in the heart of Los Angeles, California. Initially, TISELLE specialized in custom design work — everything from event invitations and social stationery to business cards. TISELLE's unique designs generated such a buzz that a retail line of distinctive stationery products was created to fulfill the growing demand and debuted in May 2008, at the National Stationery Show in New York.
My company ordered some custom letterpress cards from Tianyi recently. It was a smooth experience and we'll do it again for our next event! Loved the quality, and great design sensibility too!
I recently received a wonderful, eye-catching assortment of Tiselle cards. The designs are characterized by a refreshing color sensibility as well as unique juxtapositions.
Though I don't think they are humorous, the Braille cards are genius! I am a blind college student who often sends notes to both my sighted and blind friends and family while I'm away at school. Most of the stationery available to us is practical but not pretty or attractive to my sighted friends. My aunt found these Braille cards and I think they're SO cool. Finally, someone out there is catering to people like me who may not be able to see, but totally appreciates cool stuff like this. Thanks, Tiselle!
Tiselle products are carefully crafted and reviewed to ensure the highest quality. The designers obviously have a good sense of humor as well with their braille cads are text abbreviation note cards :)

My wife is very particular about invitations, paper quality, font, design...all of it. I could care less. After going over dozens of options, Tiselle was the only company who could offer the kind of quality my wife was after. The owner, Tianyi, went out of her way to custom design a gorgeous invitation that even I could appreciate. Each wedding invitation was as perfect as the first...the attention to detail and the quality of the letter press was amazing. Tiselle made me a believer of this age-old art of the letter press..forget commercial, go custom. You won't know the difference until you see and feel the difference. I'd recommend visiting the studio or at least ordering a sample. Four years after the wedding, guests still talk about how nice those invites were.

Elegant and chic designs -- we use Tiselle every year for our company holiday stationery and plan on using them for invitations when we get married. All of Tiselle's lines are very sensitive to paper quality and color schemes. We love it!
