It's not just the clothes I love at Tough Cookies, it's the service. I've shopped in a lot of children's stores, and I'm always struck by how often the service in other stores is below par. At Tough Cookies, I always feel welcomed and helped. Shannon, the owner, can always help me find something special for my daughter or for a gift and she always takes the time to help. Shopping there is just a great experience all the way around.
