I went to a fundraiser for a complementary alternative medicine program at CHOC at Triad Yoga, and it was amazing. They are so generous and incredible people. I love the yoga. It is a great work out and it really makes me feel at ease. The studio is impecable and just beautiful.

Warm and friendly instructors. Light and laughter suffuse this place. Classes will challenge you but never more than you can handle. You will be surprised by how quickly you become friends with everyone in the class.

Mark is very charismatic and compassionate... a great combo for a business owner and yoga teacher.. His high quality classes are enjoyed on a daily basis, and he reaches out to the retirement and convalescent communities also.. So, his love and care extends to all ages...
I'm very thankful Triad Yoga has entered my life.

I have been looking for a special place that could have a really nice atmosphere for practicing Yoga and this is definitely the right place.
Classes are great, well structured, fun, and a lot of very focused work.
Instructors are really nice, dedicated and give students individual attention when it's needed. I was going through some very difficult personal times, feeling isolated and was having a hard time gathering the energy I needed to confront everything I had in front of me. I went by myself to just check the place and from the very first time I felt welcomed and taken cared of in a very understated way... It was really easy to feel part of it and Mark, the owner, has a way to make everyone feel really at ease. Great balance between the hard work, the personal attention and the occasional sense of humor, specially the jokes about Orange County that has made me feel I'm not alone, and there are people with a similar sensibility.
I must say Tryad and Mark's classes has been my safe-heaven these past couple of months, giving me the tools to get energy flowing, to get grounded, and to put things into perspective and feel revitalized.

I've been praticing yoga for about a year in my own home but decided while on travel to beautiful southern CA that I'd give a Yoga Studio a try. Well boy was I lucky to have found Triad Yoga on the web. Their web site was very informative. They had all the equipement I needed. Many different class options and just walking in off the street I felt as welcome as if I had been there every week for the past year. The facility was very clean and the staff remarkable. I was fortunate to have met one of the owners Mark as I walked in. He seemed very geniune and truely dedicated to bringing a quality experince to those looking for one. This was my very first studio class so I really didn't know what to expect. My teacher for the day was Ajaya. A warm and bubbly young lady who kept the class moving and centered at the same time. She was a very real person recongizing throughout the class that everyone is at their own level. Never once did I feel intimidated. Ajaya's voice was very calming through the entire session and guided us from posture to posture with clear descriptions so that the need to strain to see just how to transistion was unnecessary. This was exactly the sort of experience I was hoping for and Triad Yoga provided it hands down!! I will definintely be back as my travels allow. Thanks Ajaya :)

I tried Yoga for the first time a couple weeks ago and all three instructors I've had so far at Triad Yoga have each been wonderful. Mark is exceptional and he's made a believer out of me.

The moment I met Newton & Mark (the hearts and souls of Triad Yoga) I knew that I had found something very special. Triad is not only a peaceful sanctuary, but also a place where I’ve learned many insightful life lessons. Triad Yoga has a life and a soul that you will fall in love with too.

Once in a great long while, you stumble into a place and feel comfortable immediately and realize there is no need to look anywhere else. That was my experience with Triad Yoga. My first class, I forgot to bring a top. They handed me a Triad Yoga t-shirt that I have worn ever since. What everyone is saying is all true so come check it out (and maybe they will be able to expand!) :-)

Best Yoga In Orange County by far. I had been going to yoga works for about 2 years and one day I went to take one of the late night classes at Triad and its now my favorite place and I have never been back to yoga works since.

I just love this place you have to give it a try if you have never been. Trust me you will never want to take yoga at a diffrent studio. The class sizes are great and the staff is so nice and they really care about you. Everytime I go in it smells wonderful and is clean and that really makes it that much better than most yoga studios I have been to in the past.

The fact that they have late night classes is the very reason we signed up. Although my husband and I are new to Yoga and have limited experience in Pilates, we were greeted warmly and are enthusiastically supported as we move through our learning experiences.
We wholeheartedly recommend this studio. It is a rare find.

Triad yoga is the BEST yoga studio in Orange County (I have tried many others). As the popular TV theme song said "Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name." Triad offers it all: excellent caring instructors who assist you at your level of practice, a clean environment, a wide variety of classes and a clear message that students are not "clients" we are all "family". Yoga at Triad Yoga is the best place to be to work on Mind, Body and Spirit.

I just started going to Triad and it's great! The instructors are very knowledgeable and they make you feel very comfortable. You really do feel like part of a family. I go to class, 3-4 times a week and I look forward to going each and every time.

I've been practicing yoga for over 30 years. Finding Triad 3 years ago was like coming home. It's intimate nature enfolds everyone and makes all who come there feel like part of the family. Thank you Triad and keep up the good work and good energy!

Triad Yoga is the best! The instructors are top notch and vibe is very welcoming. I have been coming to Triad Yoga for over a year now and still look forward to coming to class at least 3 times a week.

This is by far the best studio in the Orange County area. I moved here from L.A and it was so hard for me to find a real studio. I wanted a small local studio not a huge corporate place that seems more like a health club and I finally found it. I love all the instructors and how they always know my name even after two classes, it just made me feel really welcome. The studio is convenient being close to my work in Newport so it’s easy for me to make the lunch time classes. The best part is even when I get caught up in meetings all day they offer the late night classes that help me unwind after a hard day. Thanks Triad

Triad has been my studio for over two years and I would never go anywhere else for yoga. All the instructors make you feel as if you are part of a big family and they only care about your well being. The studio is very clean and is extremely inviting the location is so easy being just off the 405 and close to my work. The plaza that the studio is located in is just peaceful I don’t have to search for parking and can always eat and one of the five restaurants located just steps away.
