The Truly Yours Staff strives to make your event, whether it be a wedding, a corporate event, or an in-flight meal one of the most pleasurable and unforgettable experience for you! Everything we do is customized to fit your personality! Food is very personal and stays with you since childhood- no matter what your culture and we at Truly Yours understand that better than anyone!
Chris Adlesh- owner and Executive Chef has made it his business to travel the four corners of the world to experience different cuisines and discover unique combinations bringing out the uniqueness of the culture. He has brought those culinary experiences back home to his North Hollywood business and has incorporated it into our 30 page menu with literally hundreds of choices for cuisine!
Also- times being what they are financially, we have made it our business to present to our clients their dreams with the understanding of what a budget is. We have bought all of our tables, chairs, linens, flatware, and hired a large personal staff to put your event together- without the expense of rental fees!
Truly Yours is recognized as a preferred vendor at about 20 different locations throughout Los Angeles, and this doesn't count the hundreds of private home backyard weddings we have done.
If you are looking for a caterer with a true knowledge of service, culture, and a flair for design- you have found us! We love what we do and are happy to impart all of our information to our clients through our weekly blog and Facebook page!
We offer many options for our "Green Weddings" too! the environment and the impact we have on it are important to us and we offer our clients to help us contribute by planning a "Green" event!
