A unique, Brazilian Churrascaria dining experience. No need to be greeted by a host, patrons walk directly into the service area where they will first discover UMMBA's mix of organic ethnic side dishes. After they have selected a plate of delicious sides, they'll move to the grill where they will have their choice of their favorite beef, chicken or fish prepared in the "Churrascaria" style. Is like no other, UMMBA offers something for every plate, including world wide variety of fresh ethnic side dishes, complimented by an extensive wine collection. Our meats are seasoned perfectly and grilled over an open flame to ensure that each meat is cooked to perfection. Once all of the foods have been selected, patrons will move directly into the bar area to choose from a variety of signature cocktails or wines by the glass before the food is weighed and the final bill is settled.
