USSD San Clemente is a family-oriented Martial Arts studio specializing in Kempo and Jiu Jitsu instruction for men, women and children of all ages. Our Children's Programs are headed by energetic and experienced Instructors and are designed to teach kids practical self-defense, discipline, self-control, improve coordination and flexibility, and build self-esteem and confidence in a fun and safe environment. Adults and teens enjoy fierce cardio workouts, practical and exciting techniques, sparring, grappling, and the best personal training available. Our spacious Dojo features one main training room and three private training rooms, all equipped with matted floors and mirrors for the comfort and convenience of all students. Safety is important at USSD San Clemente, which is why mats are always kept clean and all instructors are certified in CPR and basic first aid.
