They don't even deserve 1 star or to be on this list. They have THE WORST customer service and their cakes taste very mediocre. I was referred to them for my wedding. I asked for gumpaste florals dusted with an elegant color like seen in many magazines. The samples they made for us looked absolutely horrible and cheap. Their customer service was even worse than that. I would NEVER ever recommend them. There are plenty other bakeries in LA that can make your wedding cake the way you want without the horrible, rude customer service!
They really helped my husband and I be able to enjoy our wedding day. They were very organized, kept everything under control, friendly yet professional. I would definitely recommend Exquisite Events Specialists.
