Simply put: these gentlemen have refined the lost art of customer service. I am NOT an every-week (or even every month) comic buyer, so when I get the itch to grab a few trade paperbacks and spend a weekend reading, I'm happy to spend my money in a store that remembers me and appreciates my business.
