So happy I decided to give this salon a try! Ronnie totally took care of me. He listened to what I wanted done and then created my vision. I was so happy with how it turned out, I booked a follow up appointment for next month. After I left, I literally had four comments in two hours from total strangers about how good my hair looked. If that isn't proof positive I don't know what is!

Ten Salon & Spa

I have been dreading writing this review, but after going somewhere else and receiving such superior service I think I need to.

I went to Ten Salon back in October and Terence did wonderful things to my hair every time I saw him. However, it all stopped there once he left!

Here's the story: I had my usual appointment and two days before, the salon called and said that Terrence no longer worked there. I requested another stylist who I knew was good. The day of the appointment, I had to wait almost an hour and then I was pawned off on another stylist who was brand new (not the person I requested). I was NEVER asked if this was okay, it was just done.

It wasn't that she was bad, she just seemed VERY unsure and inexperienced. The haircut she gave me was something I could have received at Super Cuts. The color and highlights she gave me were SO bad, I was literally angry for the last five weeks until I went somewhere else and they fixed it.

To top it off, she didn't even finish blowing out my hair. I had been there 4 1/2 hours and I think she was tired (frankly, I was too). I actually left with semi-wet hair, so I couldn't tell what the hair color looked like (I know, big mistake). To top it off, (including tip) it was $300!

Lastly, when I got home and dried my hair, there was this weird highlighted halo on the top of my hair, but nowhere else. Those were my highlights....SO STRANGE!

I have ranted inwardly to myself for over a month and now I do it here because today I went to another salon and they made it all better. My hair looks SO amazing and they didn't charge anywhere near what Ten Salon does.

I actually had four different strangers compliment me in two hours.
Buh-bye Ten Salon!
