Had the worst experience ever at this store. Was sold *BY THE OWNER, MIKE* a terrible quality guitar for my son as a present for his birthday (for the amount of money I paid for the guitar you would think it would be good quality) and signed him up for a series of 10 lessons. The organization of the music school was ABISMAL with teachers not showing up and my son ending up with a different teacher every lesson due. After 4 lessons, my son decided that he didn't want to carry on with the lessons (which I had prepaid)...but I was refused a refund for the remaining lessons. Also, the guitar I bought broke within the first week of him having it (he takes care of his things too) with the neck warped and constantly going out of tune. BAD EXPERIENCE, STAY AWAY!
