Don’t Go, A Nightmare
This place was a nightmare. First finding it and finding parking are a big pain. Well because I had parking issues and this was my first time there I was a few minutes late. When I went in they said nothing about me being late and started the massage. The massage itself was not that great, I mean I explained I need a light massage and she was very heavy handed, even to the point I had to tell her to stop. Well once the massage was done the girl stated she had to stop early because she had an appointment, which I understand. So I looked up and it had only been one hour even though I booked an hour and a half, but I understood she had an appointment. So when I walked out to pay they charge me for the full hour and a half and when I explained I didn’t think that was right she stated it was my fault because I was late by 10 mins. Then as I was putting on my shoes the girl keep asking if I wanted to give her the tip, which I found very rude because if I decide if she deserves a tip or not is my business. Well she kept asking and then finally I looked at her and said what do you mean? She told me I MUST leave a tip or I was to never return; I found this so rude I just walked out. Don’t waste your money on crappy service; bad parking and a dirty salon, there are a ton of other places in LA.
