Love Keary and the entire staff....AWESOME! Thank goodness I took a chance on them! It was worth it! In hindsight, I realized I had wasted too much time and too much money on 2x per week private sessions at a place called "Art of Pilates" just down the street in Playa del Rey. After nearly a year, I was so unhappy with the results that I was ready to deem the entire Pilates movement a "sham". Again, I took a chance and found REAL PILATES ~~ whereby awesome, incredible and completely positive body changes were achieved (and clearly visible) after only the second session! I am so thankful for my new body!!! I highly recommend Playa Pilates to anyone who has been cheated by so-called "Pilates Experts/Studios" in the past. My husband spends good money on my behalf and expects results...so far we both are very pleased with Playa Pilates and the results! Playa Pilates has made me a true believer! Thank you, Keary & staff.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE "SWEET HOT SALON"~~Liz, Suzie & Laura are awesome...! The girls continually make me (along with each and every client!) look their most fabulous self and feel even better with every visit. With every gesture, these women pamper you in a positive, loving and kind way. Liz does my hair (not an easy task), the greatest pedicures are by Suzie and Laura does great make-up on the spot! Whenever my husband can't find me he pretty much knows I'm at "SWEET HOT" Salon getting pampered in some way shape or form~and he loves it!!!!!!! Sweet & Hot is a Wonderful & Happy Place to Be and to Be Beautiful as a result is the Best.
