Cheese Store of Beverly Hills

It begins about halfway down the street when you start to smell the distinctive aroma of the blues (cheese that is)... and it only gets better when you go inside. One day I said I was making a carrot ginger soup and wanted a cheese plate to go with it. She needed no more prompting and a whirlwind of options came forth. Wow, what a dinner that was. Another day I introduced my husband to the store. He said he wanted to tour from Southern France to Northern Spain. We left with all the morsels needed to imagine the journey from the comfort of our home table (wine, cheese, bread, dips and more!). Now friends get mad at us if we don't tell them about the monthly tastings - I mean classes. I've learned, tasted and keep coming back for more. Thank you!
