Me and my two girlfriends take a spinning class every weekend at The Burn Studio. It's our routine. Not only do we get to spend time together and have fun, we've all lost between 5-15 pounds since we started. I can honestly say the weight has just fallen off (although we do work our butts off). This is the only exercise program that has had any impact on me. Love it!
