The name say's it all! This young man who is in his early twenties has recreated the best foods to be found in Chicago. Being a transplant I can say it is the BEST! The hot dogs are authentic Vienna Beef dogs that snap when you bite into them. They are smothered with all the topping on a poppy seed bun just like the picture shows and then you get the added bonus of fresh cut fries wrapped up next to it, just like the street corner shops in Chicago. It's not the overpriced big boy hot dog chain, just great down to earth food. The Homemade Italian Beef and Sausage is equally as good. I frequent this establishment every week, it is the best.
