Thank you Body Makeovers!!!! I was skinny and preferred to hide during beach season because of my lack of fitness. Skeptical, I signed up for the 6 week program. Knowing that I have to work for months and months in the gym to keep the weight on. After one week I begain to notice a little more size. After the nutrition lecture I learned what I was doing wrong, and why I couldn't maintain my sucess in the gym. Now with the proper education and my new body, I am planning on getting alot more attention in the sun.
