Modesti's Independent repair has friendly and knowlegeable service writers and technicians. The service writers greet you and take notes on what problem(s) you are having with your vehicle and provide you with a written estimate. The service technicians diagnose the problem(s) and make recommendations. If the technicians find additional issues or items that will need attention in the near future they notify the service writers. The service writers follow up with a phone call to you and provide updated information and estimates. Repair work is done in a timely manner and your are called when your vehicle is ready. I have been a customer with Modesti's for many years and I have been very satisfied with the service they provide.
