We went in just to browse, 15 minutes before the store closed. We never gave Chris an indication that we were ready to purchase our first mountain bikes. For all he knew we were just a couple of Freds killing time. We were the first to notice that the store was actually closing - and he never gave us the impression that he was ready to leave for the night. He answered all of our questions knowledgeably as he is an experienced rider himself . They stayed open an extra 45mins to allow us to test ride two models. In the end, we bought two bikes !!!! And we would do it again if we won the Lotto.

BTW - they have really clean bathrooms.
