We love donuts. We've been going here since it was Big Donut drive-in and I was a young kid. But there is something incredibly special about the donuts that is independent of the sentimental -- the donuts are tremendous -- the glazed are so good, soft on the inside just slightly crispy on the outside, it's really the best donut in Los Angeles. Sensational. This is not just some tourist attraction that will serve anything because they know they get the crowds anyway. These are fantastic glazed donuts -- much, much, much better than Krispy Kreme. I always get glazed, but my family says the other donuts are just as delicious.
We are big dessert people. We eat any kind of sweets -- donuts, frozen yogurt, ice cream and BAR NONE, Silky Sooth Ultra Creamery is the very very best frozen treat ever. So delicious, really smooth (as advertised), just the best. We never go to the Bevelry Center without getting a treat from here. I love the chocolate one, the regular. My husband, a diabetic, get the light vanilla with coke zero and that's his favorite. It really is super super good.
Sonja is super nice, extremely helpful. She took quite a bit of time out to show me how to use transfers which I could never figure out. Her store has lovely things, she offers all kinds of interesting classes and projects, too. She is someone who not only loves scrapbooking, but loves her business and her customers. You can tell by the emails she sends out how much thought has gone into the different programs and specials.
