Beware doing business with this store!!!! Planning a wedding should have been a pleasant experience, this was an absolute nightmare. I had 7 bridesmaids dresses ordered from there. Not only were they almost 6 weeks late, I had to be the one to constantly followup on the status. It turns out the dresses were never order, The Image blames the designer, it is the responsibility of the shop owner to stay on top of orders, and to cross check her own credit card statements, to make sure orders are placed. Working with such strict deadlines,it is inexcusable to make these kinds mistakes. Because of thier inattention to detail, we had only 4 weeks to get all the alterations done. They were very unaccomdating to scheduling the seamstress, particularly when it was their fault that we had such little time to get the dresses done. To make matters worse, the seamstress tries to push everyone into buying their bra cups. What they dont tell you is that its an extra charge. Lastly, these sheisters said they had let the seams out all the way on a bridesmaids dress which was too tight. It turns out in fact, the seams were not even touched!!! so they basically charged $ 95 to fix a hem. This is fraud!!!! The week before my wedding we were desperately trying to still get dresses fit correctly, and this all could have been avoided if they would have been on top of things and got the order in on time. We had to find another seamstress to get the job done correctly...who needs this kind of stress the week of the wedding!!! They are unorganized, rude, and I would never do business with them again.
Kimberley is a professional and a perfectionist! She does amazing work, is punctual and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She did make up for my wedding in May,and did a fabulous job. I highly recommend her.
Mariah was excellent! I highly recommend her, she did my hair, plus 8 other girls, for my wedding in May...she is truly gifted in her field. She was punctual, and stayed on top of everything, listened to what the girls wanted , and was definitely a pleasure to work with. She was availible for any questions I had, and also was able to accommodate 2 extra people which saved my life that crazy morning. Definitely someone you want in your corner the morning our your wedding!
