I have a ton of gray hair. I know it's not something that any woman wants ANYONE to know about. But Nicole, from the 1st time I have gone in has been able to cover it. ALL of it! Which never happens. She recommended Hi Lights for me which I thought was weird, but it really makes it blend even when it's growing out! I went to Bingo yesterday, and all the girls told me how great I look!
