I'll admit I expect more out of a bike shop than most, but I was clear with SCC that I was looking for a "relationship" bike shop. My first job was done weeks late, and although it was finished I needed to go see them to find that out - they never called me as promised. Then, "suddenly" they needed my bike out of their overcrowded repair shop. It's the type of shop which will try to upsell you $30 foofy handlebar tape instead of the $3 cloth tape I really wanted. Ugggg. To SCC, I was just another piece of meat with money. My relationship status with SCC? They're my "ex".
