The inspiration for all our desserts at Vanilla began with my mom. She had a way of surprising our family with homemade cakes and sweets all the time. It was her thoughtfulness and my sweet tooth that inspired me to start baking many years ago. Shortly after I graduated culinary school, my husband Jeremy and I partnered together, and started a dessert catering company. Over the years we have had the pleasure of catering and baking for some fantastic companies, charities, families, celebrities, weddings, kids, special events, and friends.

My favorite's are the mom's birthday cake, meyer lemon raspberry, pumpkin and red velvet! They also make really good tirimisu!

The flavors are all so good, I couldn't possibly pick a favorite! Like the 80s rocker, Robert Palmer once sang, Vanilla Bake Shop's cupcakes are "SIMPLY IRRESISTIBLE!" ....and in a world where your picking and choosing calories - these guys are totally worth it!- no matter how many squats it takes to burn them off!

The first time i tried a Vanilla cupcake is a time i will never forget. I remember trying to figure out how so much flavor got inside of the cupcake. After eating 4 more, i decided it didn't really matter how it got it's flavor, but more importantly was how i was going to get some more of them!!! Yummy and addicting!
I love how they have mini icebox desserts and cupcakes...for the times when you just have a little sweet tooth!

After tasting one of the cupcakes at Vanilla, i truly received a sample of heaven. They are absolutely amazing and were a huge hit at my wife's bridal shower : )
I Love the shop! the people are extremely nice and fun to be around if only for a few minutes you definitely see they take pride in the work. The cakes and cupcakes are delicious they stay moist ; even if you leave them exposed to the air for a day or two. The frosting's have the most amazing light fluff. I really like the frosting because it doesn't have the greasy after taste I've. I have no favorite because it's all good. You deserve the to experience the fluffy, moist and tasty treats they have to offer. If you're in the area it's definitely worth a stop.
