VIA VENETO is a beautiful and atmospheric authentic Italian restaurant on Main Street, in Santa Monica, California. It is also a realization of the dream of two ambitious and quality driven young restauranteers; Fabrizio Bianconi and Marco Cialini. After many months searching for the perfect space, Fabrizio and Marco, with the help of rock star partner Warren Cuccurullo (Duran Duran, Frank Zappa) found a charming venue on Main Street with a high ceiling and a beautiful stone floor.

The food at Via Veneto rivals the best food I have eaten anywhere in the world. I have never had one mouthful of food here that wasn't absolutely, perfectly delicious. This is by far the best contemporary Italian food in America. It isn't cheap but it is amazing. Eating in Via Veneto IS a special occasion.
via veneto is by far the greatest restaurant of all genres due to their outstanding meals, the flavors, the smells, the textures... everything is right. their courteous and knowledgeable staff are fun and extremely helpful with wine pairings and the proper order of bringing food. they are positive and helpful in all areas. the owners fabrizio and marco are always there to enjoy a glass of wine with and treat you like a member of the family. i always feel welcome there, have never had a bad meal.

The Via Veneto dining experience is a bit of Italian heaven. With raviolis that floated down from the food gods above.

It's like eating out in Italy. Far and away the most authentic Italian experience in in Los Angeles, not only the food, but the waiters, the owners, and the space.
This is probably my favorite restaurant in LA. The atmosphere is cozy and romantic, the service is impeccable, and the food is spectacular! Make reservations in advance!
