The conception of West Coast Hot Wings, LLC began to marinate in the mind of Ken Rolle, a Network Architect by profession, in 2003 after taking multiple business trips to Sterling, VA. During his brief stays in the area, he’d eat lunch and/or dinner at Buffalo Wing Factory & Pub where he ended up finding the best hot wings that he’d ever eaten! He immediately acquired a taste for the delicious hot wings at Buffalo Wing Factory & Pub, and prior to returning back to his home in Southern California, he’d make a special trip to Buffalo Wings Factory & Pub to bring back a variety of multiple orders of hot wings for he and his family, as well as for a few of his business associates. Ken’s business trips back to VA became more and more infrequent, yet the taste that he’d acquired for hot wings never dissipated. He began his pursuit locally to try and find a comparable hot wing on the West Coast that would at least meet and hopefully exceed what he’d eaten on the East Coast. After eating a variety of hot wings at various establishments throughout Southern California, all the wings that he’d eaten lacked the excellent taste of hot wings that he’d eaten in Sterling, VA., so he challenged himself to create his own with flavors that represent the West Coast.

The Best Damn Wings in California Bar-None!!! If you think you can take hot, I dare you to eat more than three Diablo Burn wings. Then, I'll give you some props... But even if Hot aint your thing, try the Jamaican. Best tasting wing I've ever had... And you know The Hulk has had some wings. Take my word for it. You won't be dissapointed!
