This spa is really special. I didn't expect it to be in such a nice location! I do a lot of events, so I know a great location when I see one! The Fairmont itself is wonderful, but the Spa is really the highlight of the hotel! I will be sure to be back many times with my friends!
The Willow Stream Spa is fantastic... I have had great service and spectacular massages. The spa is continually evolving. The staff is thoughtful and anticipates the needs of the guests. Everyone should have a Willow Stream Spa experience.

Gorgeous Spa! I really enjoyed the atmosphere here. It' s quiet and the Great Room is so relaxing! I really felt taken care of, the therapists are attentive, and really know how to make their guest feel comfortable! The U room was excellent, it really got me into the spa zone!

A great place for the ultimate spa experience! This spa has everything I need! The massages, facials, and body treatments are so relaxing, I always feel brand new! But my most favorite thing is their 90 minute facials, I have never felt such a luxurious experience before! This is definitely my favourite place to get away!
All I can say about this Spa is WOW! I am an avid spa goer and I have never heard of this place before...I got a coupon one day and went in for a treatment...I can't tell you how impressed I was with the service and the atmosphere of this beautiful Spa! I was surprised at how beautiful the Fairmont was as well! What appealed to me the most about this Spa, other than the fantastic facial that I received, was how quiet and private it was! I will definitely come back for more!

this spa has truly gifted staff and its immaculent tranqual enviorment is welcoming and very engadgeing truly amazing i love coming for all my special needs the pool deck is beautiful too on the third story especially in the evening when the sun is seting it is so romantic
