I grew up in Niagara Falls NY just north of BUFFALO, and what all others call 'hot wings' 'buffalo wings' etc...etc..., in Western NY, they're called chicken wings, and there's only one real way to make true chicken wings, everything else is just a spinoff of an original, and WINGS 'n THINGS has that original wing taste(along with the fake ripoffs)
For the true way wings are made and taste, the only place in SoCal is WINGS 'n THINGS period! Everyone from WNY knows the simple basic 2 ingredient wing sauce, then it's adjust to your taste in how hot you like them, that's the BUFFALO TRUTH! GO BILLS!!!

My husband and I are loyal customers of Wings n'Things we've been going here 2x per month since we moved to Huntington Beach from New York 7 years ago. Can't beat their extra hot wings!!
