Yoga Center of California has been teaching me yoga for 20 years and I will continue until I cannot physically do it....hopefully until I die.
This is a unique center where you can learn true classic yoga complete with meditation techniques, spiritual teachings and so much more..

I found the yoga center after I had already been practicing yoga for 3 years. I had no idea there was so much more to yoga than just asana! What I have learned has changed my life in countless ways. If you're looking to deepen your practice, this is the place to go. My membership started in 1994 and they're still going strong!

That yoga center has been around since I first came to Costa Mesa in the 70's. It was the only one around then. No one knew about yoga. They started the trend, and they're still great!
