Jorgen Christiansson is an awesome teacher. The yoga room is beautiful and comfortable. I usually park on ocean ave or in promenade, it is easier than you think to park there.

The selection of teachers has taken into consideration the fac tthat there are people of all levels and experience taking classes and there is something for everyone from the new practitioner to the experienced yogi. The studio is spotless and well laid out and the attitude of the owners and teachers is what being part of a commmunity is all about.
